Bro Breakup
Happiness can not be obtained from what is going around you. It is a state of mind
About Us
Meet Coach Rob
Hello bro, I'm Rob. I've been where you are—heartbroken, lost, and unsure of how to move forward after the end of a long-term relationship. It was one of the toughest challenges I've ever faced, but it also became the foundation for something greater: Post-breakup coaching for men.
With a background in psychology and years of personal experience, I've spent countless hours researching and learning how to heal after a breakup for men. I believe in the end, what is left with you is "YOU."
Heal, Grow, and Reclaim Your Life After a Breakup
Hey bro!
Did she leave you? Are you feeling stuck? Lost? Helpless? Work feels impossible, and life just isn't the same. Are you constantly replaying the breakup, wondering what went wrong and if there's a way to get her back? There's nothing wrong at all! Believe me. Life is beautiful and has a lot in its way to bestow you.
I've been there too!
Through first-hand experience and learning what helped and didn't help me, based on psychological and scientific fact-based knowledge, I've formulated a recovery action plan to overcome heartbreak that has successfully guided hundreds of bro like you in their post-breakup journey.
I don't focus on "Macho How To Win Your Ex Back" tips or tricks. Instead, my post-breakup recovery method places "YOU" first to achieve long-term men's mental health. This translates to you attracting higher quality friendships and relationships, success, and love. And if your ex wants you back? Cool.
My Process
Breakup Recovery Methodology Breakdown
I've "coined" my strategy, the BANCO methodology for male breakup support. Why? Because BANCO in Spanish & Portuguese means "bank," associated with wealth and success. For us human beings, wealth is not only money in our pockets. Mental peace and satisfaction are also considered intangible wealth, the value of which can never be denied.
This BANCO will be your get-set-go on your Emotional recovery journey, focusing on the following principles:
● BA: Breaking Addiction (to your ex).
NC: No Contact—I'll help you navigate the mental aspects of going without contact, staying without contact,
● and using limited contact strategies for those with joint responsibilities (Children, pets, etc.).
● O: Outcome Independence - The ultimate goal and process of focusing on yourself and your own life to become the best version possible.
BA - Breaking Addiction (to your ex-girlfriend)
Most, if not all of you reading this suffer from this without even realizing it.
The Miriam Webster dictionary defines Addiction as: A compulsive, chronic, physiological or psychological need for a habit-forming substance, behavior, or activity having harmful physical, psychological, or social effects and typically causing well-defined symptoms (such as anxiety, irritability, tremors, or nausea) upon withdrawal or abstinence (https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/addiction)
If you've been doing any of the following, you're likely suffering from this Addiction:
● Thinking about your ex every day, regardless of how long ago the breakup occurred
● You idealize your ex and think she's better than any other woman in the world
● You still obsessively check her social media
● You keep looking at pictures of her or pictures of the 2 of you together
● Feel empty/sad/depressed without having her in your life?
● Try to keep contacting her or find ways to get her attention.
You've gotta treat this Addiction at its core, which is recognizing that your ex's Addiction is just a symptom of the actual problem itself – attachment. And the key is to break ex-addiction. The first steps to remove the source of the attachment include no contact (link to article), purging your brain of the dopamine received from any memories of her, and triggers.
This means no photos, videos, fantasies, or gifts. The more she stays virtually in your life, the more it hurts. If you wanna dive deeper and work on strategies to break your Addiction to your ex from its source, reach out to Coach Rob to schedule a 1 on 1 coaching session.
